Q: What are the required dimensions and resolution for the screens?
A: To ensure crystal-clear quality, your artwork or video should be submitted in a horizontal (landscape) format.
The required resolution is 1280 x 960 pixels, with an aspect ratio of 4:3.
Q: Can I display different ad content on each screen?
A: Yes. If you book multiple screens, you have the total freedom to display either the same content across all of them or unique material for each individual screen according to your preference.
Q: What are the daily operating hours for the screens?
A: Our screens operate for 20 hours daily, from 6:00 AM until 2:00 AM. During Ramadan: Operating hours are extended to 22 hours daily, from 6:00 AM until 4:00 AM to accommodate the late-night traffic during the holy month.
Q: What is an advertising "Spot"?
A: A "Spot" is your dedicated time slot within our digital display loop.
Once you book a spot, your ad will rotate continuously throughout the day, ensuring high frequency and maximum daily impressions for your brand.
Q: Is there a fee to change my ad content during the campaign?
A: Not at all. We offer ultimate flexibility.
You can update your promotional material or switch between different offers at any time with zero additional costs.
Q: Will I be compensated if a screen stops due to maintenance?
A: Yes, absolutely.
We guarantee full compensation for any period the screen is offline due to maintenance, ensuring you receive the full advertising time you paid for.
Q: Does the price vary based on the number of screens and campaign duration?
A: Yes. Our pricing is flexible and depends on the scale of your campaign. The higher the number of screens and the longer the duration, the more competitive and discounted the rate becomes.
